Party for the Parks isn’t just a night of fun – it also raises critical funds for our local parks, trails and green spaces. Attendees can participate in a number of fun-raising opportunities throughout the event, from games like the Tipsy Toss and Gift Card Gamble, to bidding on amazing experiences in the silent and live auction.

Celebrating its 10th year, Party for the Parks brings together parks people from across Austin for a night of revelry, live music and more nestled in the heart of the Austin City Limits Music Festival in Zilker Park! New for this year: skip the lines and get your Official ACL Fest merch during the party.

Showcasing the best of the Platinum ACL festival experience, partygoers will enjoy an all-inclusive, premium experience with awesome eats, treats, drinks, games and fun culminating in a private concert with Orville Peck—all while helping to raise essential funds for Austin’s nearly 400 parks, trails and green spaces.

Know before you go

Party for the Parks starts at 6:00 p.m. at Zilker Park (inside the ACL Festival grounds) on Wednesday, October 9th.

Guests can enter through the Lady Bird Entrance at the corner of Stratford Dr. and Lou Neff Rd.

The party starts at 6:00 p.m.

We encourage all Party for the Parks attendees to get to and from the party safely! There will be no parking available at Zilker Park, so please plan to arrange a safe ride ahead of time.

Our FREE Party for the Parks shuttle is available throughout the night for all attendees! Shuttles will pick up from a dedicated spot at Barton Creek Square Mall (click here for the parking map) every 15 minutes. Return shuttles will be available throughout the event, with the last shuttle departing from Zilker Park at 10:30 p.m.

The Rideshare drop off point for the event will be at the Lady Bird Entrance at the corner of Stratford Dr. and Lou Neff Rd.

5:00 p.m. – Sponsor Pre-Party begins in the Tito’s Lounge*
*sponsor wristband required

6:00 p.m. – Party for the Parks begins

6:15 p.m. – Welcome from Colin Wallis, APF CEO

7:30 p.m. – Party for the Parks Program begins

7:45 p.m. – Live Auction and Paddles Up

8:30 p.m.  – Performance by Orville Peck

9:00 p.m. – Check-out opens

9:30 p.m. – Raffle and on-site fundraisers close

10:00 p.m. – Event Concludes

Check-in is located at the Lady Bird Entrance on Stratford Dr. No need to print a ticket – just give your name at the entrance.

Your Party for the Parks ticket includes complimentary food and beverages from some Austin staples.

Tacodeli will provide an array of delicious dining options for the night, including options for dietary restrictions.

Guests will also have their pick of lively libations: including cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic options throughout the party.

This party is “Festival Fun”—rock your favorite sundress, jeans or whatever you’d wear to a concert. Remember, this party is in the park so comfortable shoes are a must!

This party is rain or shine! The current forecast has temperatures in the mid-60s for the night, but this is Texas, so please plan accordingly.

This year you’ll have the chance to bid on some incredible live auction packages! Luxury getaways, fine dining experiences, custom gear and more will be up for grabs.
