FAQ

How do I purchase a ticket?

A limited number of individual tickets will go on sale in August. Sponsorship Packages are now available for Party for the Parks 2017! Contact Shelley Hardeman for more information or purchase your sponsorship here.

How do I know my ticket purchase was completed?

You will receive an e-mail with your ticket confirmation and details. Try checking your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few hours. If you still do not receive an email confirmation, contact Shelley Hardeman, Development Director, for help.

Do I need to bring my ticket to the party?

Nope! We’ll have your name at the door, so no need to print or bring anything with you to check-in.

Getting to Brazos Hall

Parking in this area is limited, so please take advantage of our transportation sponsors, LUXE (valet) and Ride|Austin (ride-sharing). You must download their respective apps to access their services, but as a special perk to PArty for the Parks guests, both are offering an extra discount with the code PARKS. We also encourage you to try alternative modes of transportation like cycling, carpooling and public transportation.

How do I sponsor Party for the Parks

Check out our sponsor benefits here, and once you’re ready to make your contribution, check out our sponsorship purchase page. If you have any additional questions or need assistance with your sponsorship, please contact Shelley Hardeman, Development Director.

I’m already a sponsor – how do I give you my guest names?

Please e-mail all sponsor guest names to Shelley Hardeman, Development Director, no later than September 16, 2016

How do I bid on auction items?

Party for the Parks is proud to partner with Bidpal for all auction bidding. Simply swipe your card at check-in, and bid away on your mobile device! Auction will open 48 hours before the party, and close at 8pm the night of the party.

There will be a sneak preview of the auction coming soon!

What’s the dress code for the evening?

Party for the Parks is snappy casual – think jeans, button-up shirts and sundresses! Whatever you would wear to a happy hour downtown is perfectly fine.

Where do I go when I arrive at Brazos Hall?

Check-in is downstairs. Upon arrival, simply provide your name (paper ticket not required), and be ready to swipe your credit card for mobile auction bidding provided by Bidpal!

What can I expect at the party?

Silent auction bidding on your mobile device, an ACL ticket raffle, and live screen printing of t-shirts and tote bags courtesy of Industry Print Shop!
